During your stay in my home, I ask that you please follow these house rules. If you are in doubt about anything, please get in touch with me! Please note that we have a good relationship with our neighbours, and will be informed immediatly if any of these rules are broken.
There is a camera at the front door. The footage of this will only be reviewed if we suspect any rules to be broken.
Absolutely no parties or events. If guests are found to be hosting parties they will be asked to leave the property immedietly and will be charged an additional hefty cleaning fee.
Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard. Not indoors, and not on the upstairs terrace.
Keep your shoes off when inside.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on the property - this will be considered a party and result in removal from the property.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining area, courtyard, or upstairs terrace.
Dispose of your garbage in the garbage bags provided. When they are full seal them and place them in the garbage bin located in the courtyard.
Do not play loud music.
Keep noise to a minimum after 22.00.
Close and lock all doors when leaving the house (this includes courtyard and terrace doors).
No illegal activities, including consumption of illegal drugs or other illicit activities on the property. If this is suspected the police will be alerted.
Wash dishes after use. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if dishes are not washed properly.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not enter the door to the shed out in the courtyard. This is private and is used as personal storage. Entering
Lastly, please remember this is my personal home. I want my guests to have a good experience, but also to respect my property, furniture and belongings. This house means a lot to me, as I hope it will for you as well.
